Other: Dude in a wheelchair, nothing special. Prosthetic legs are covered by jeans and REALLY EXPENSIVE Nikes, and his eyes have white crosses on them. Think in the iris sort of area. Other than that, fairly normal-looking, always has his hat low over his eyes, and they're usually closed, or close to it.
